L’Epicerie, Paris Bastille Gare de Lyon

The hotel room Gare de Lyon Paris Bastille « l’Epicerie » is a real duplex apartment (2 floors), located at 2 minutes walk from Gare de Lyon et 500 metres from place de la Bastille in Paris.

It includes two separate rooms, which can be 2 hotel rooms.

On the groundfloor, you will find a relaxing space with a sofa bed, a flat screen TV with 80 French and international channels, a Böse sound plate for your playlists as well as a kitchen corner everything being surrounded by the best French products…as if in a grocery store !

Downstairs is the actual Gare de Lyon hotel room, with a King Size bed and another sound plate, an adjoining bathroom with a real bath, and separate WC. There is a closing door separating the hotel room from the rest of the Suite.

Therefore L’Epicerie can easily welcome a family of four, with its two separate rooms. The Suite is also ideal for a romantic stay for 2 : a wide space, fitted out like home with a microwave oven, a fridge, a kettle, a Nespresso coffee maker, you will actually feel at home in this large duplex suite !

Parisians’ favourite : Breakfast at Square Trousseau, a local « must ». As if in any hotel, you just go to the bar…except that this one is a typical Paris bar, only 5 minutes walk from your room open 7 days a week from 8 a.m. to 2 o’clock in the morning.

Option 2 : Self made breakfast! just like home, make it yourself, go to the best bakery shop in the area and bring back a nice warm French baguette with croissants, buns or pastries. No more than 7 minutes to go there and back, the shop is open at 6.30 a.m. 7 days a week.

For late risers : have your breakfast or brunch served in your bedroom, it will be delivered by our partner Paris Breakfast… but please don’t forget to order the day before so that you’ll be able to choose the most suitable time of delivery (starting at 8.30 a.m.).
